*for HALF & FULL orders only*

The following instructions will be sent to our butcher to ensure your order is custom cut to your preference! Needing some help in making your selections? Please refer to our Cutting Guide, or call our butcher directly: Country Quality Meats, 780-921-2404, and they would be happy to walk you through it!


Reminder for FULL orders - because there are some "this or that" options, you are able to submit two different sets of cutting instructions - one for each half of your beef, to increase your variety of cuts. Or, you may simply submit one set of instructions for your full order.

(Note: Selecting BACK RIBS or TOMAHAWK STEAKS will void your selection of rib eye/rib steak and prime rib, as they come from the same area of the rib. Do not choose this option if you would prefer to have rib eye/rib steaks.)

Specialty Items

Specialty items will be made with the ground beef from your order, and selection of these items will lessen the amount of ground beef you end up with in your order. Prices have been provided by our butcher and are subject to change without notice.


Specialty items have a MINIMUM ORDER of 15 LBS (with the exception of the hamburger patties, which is 10 lbs/box). To add a specialty item to your order, please note the amount in lbs you would like for each (ex. 15 lbs, 25 lbs, etc).

*approx. 30% lean pork is added to the sausage, pepperoni and smokies at $2.50/lb.
