Half Beef Order

REGENERATIVELY RAISED ALBERTA BEEF

Our beef is raised on regeneratively managed pastures using rotational grazing practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, animal welfare, and long-term land stewardship.

Our cattle are grass and forage raised, then grain finished to provide the tenderness, flavour, and marbling many families prefer, while still benefiting from a forage-based upbringing and regenerative farming practices.

We believe this approach offers the best of both worlds: thoughtfully raised cattle, healthy functioning pastures, and high-quality beef with exceptional eating experience.

*A note regarding our recent price increase: As many of you know, beef prices across the industry have increased significantly over the past few years, and after holding our pricing steady for as long as we reasonably could, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our prices to better reflect today’s market and the true cost of raising high-quality beef.

Our cattle are raised on regeneratively managed pastures with a focus on soil health, rotational grazing, animal welfare, and long-term stewardship of the land. They are grass and forage raised, then grain finished for the marbling, flavour, and tenderness many families prefer.

We never take price increases lightly. But we also believe there is real value in knowing where your food comes from, how it was raised, and supporting local farms committed to doing things thoughtfully and sustainably.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support our farm and trust us to feed your families.
