Average all-in price: $1,350. The $100 deposit is due upon ordering and will be taken off your final total. The balance is not due until pick up.
SPECIALTY ITEMS
These items are available for an extra cost. 15 lb min order for each item. Just a heads up, specialty items are made with the ground beef from your order, which will leave your quarter order with little to no ground beef. Because of this, quarter orders are usually limited to 1 specialty item per order:
Garlic Sausage: $4.50/lb
Pepperoni: $5/lb
Smokies (regular): $4.50/lb
Smokies (cheese): $5.50/lb
Smokies (jalapeno & cheese): $4.50/lb
Frying Sausage (regular or Italian): $4.50/lb
Jerky: $8/lb
Hamburger Patties: $35/box (per 10 lb box. Seasoned)
Vacuum seal packaging: $0.50/lb (we recommend butcher paper)
Pork is added to sausage, pepperoni and smokies (approx. 30%, lean), at $2.80/lb.
